What currency is your jewellery priced in?
I reside in Ontario, Canada so therefore all prices are in Canadian currency.


What materials do you use?
In each of my designs, the following materials may be used:
Glass beads
Precious stones
Wood beads
Quartz
Silver, Gold and Brass Metals
Sea Shells

Swarovski Crystals
Swarovski Pearls
Carved Animal Bone Beads



Do you create custom earrings/jewellery?
Yes, we do! Please contact us at [email protected].  Please specify your colour, wire, bead and design choice.  We will create a mock earring, send you a picture and then we will take it from there.  Or if there is a similar design that you seen on the website, or even in a magazine, we will try our hardest to meet our customers' needs.

I have allergies to certain metals, do you have sterling silver, gold or platinum earring post?
Yes, we do carry sterling silver, gold and platinum earring post.  They come complimentary with the customized earrings.  If you see any earrings on the website that you would like with either the sterling silver,gold and platinum earrings it is additional $1.50. Please click the “Upgrade Earring Post,” and specify what type you want and for which earring. 


Do you ship to my country?
Currently, I ship to Canada and the United States. Please contact me at [email protected], if your country is not mentioned and I will provide a shipping quote. 


What are your shipping rates?
Regular -  $7.99
Priority - $12.99

When can I expect my order?
Please allow 24- 48 hours for processing. If your item is made to order, please allow 24 hours, so that the items can be made. Depending on the shipping method that you have selected, times may vary.
Regular postage (No Tracking and No Insurance) – 5 – 14 business days
Expedited postage (Tracking and Insurance) – Maximum 6 business day

What is your return policy?
Due to hygienic reasons, I am unable to accept returns.  If it was an error on my behalf, please contact me as [email protected] so that I can rectify the situation as soon as possible!
